Going Away BBQ Aug 2 2008
The planning for my going away party started 3 months ago. I was kicked off the party planning committee due to my micro management. Jennifer O, Jennifer S and my bbf Monica took control and planned what turned out to be a wonderful party.
The venue was the roof top deck of JO condo building. We had views of the space needle, downtown and the sound. It was the perfect place to say good bye to all my lovely friends.
The party started at the park with a water fight. We had a small crowd partaking in that activity. Good thing l brought a change of clothes cuz l was drenched no thanks to Alan and Nathan dumping the bucket of water on me (asses they were the only two with big water guns-)
Around 5 30 we decided to head back to the condo for some grub.
I gave wet hugs to the punctual few.
we had enough food to feed an entire army. But nothing went to waste. Jon, Bob, Alan and Ramon manned the grill- thank you men.
I spent the night mingling, eating good food and drinking.
I will miss all my wonderful friends but l know they will come and visit me.
